Golf Palace Policy

Below are the Golf Palace Policies that aims to protect you and your loved ones first and to protect the property as well. Failure to abide by the following rules may lead to immediate eviction without refund and/or a penalty charge to the guests

  • Full stay paid in advance 12 hours post the booking confirmation

  • No refund policy

  • 1 additional night security deposit for penalties or damages

  • Take good care of the Golf Palace facilities and furniture as it was yours

  • Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property

  • Maximum 18 pre-registered guests (including maids and drivers) 

  • After 18 guests there is a penalty charge of SAR1000/day per guest unless pre-approved by the owner 

  • Maximum 10 pre-registered visitors

  • Submit all guests and visitors matching IDs in advance, no unregistered guests or visitors allowed

  • No parties or events unless preauthorized by the owner

  • No smoking policy inside the Golf Palace, any smoking is subject to a SAR3000 penalty

  • No eating in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining rooms

  • Safety of guests and kids is your responsibility, keep a close eye on your kids while being in the swimming pools and balconies.

  • No pets allowed.There is a 3000 SAR pet stay penalty fee, unless authorized by the owner

  • Make sure to turn off the lights and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.

  • No candles, instead use flameless, battery-operated candles if needed

  • Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to the concerned parties if needed.

  • Return all keys after checkout the to the Golf Palace on site supervisor, failing to do that will expose you to a SAR 3000 replacement penalty

  • The property is equipped with security cameras. The cameras are VISIBLE. It’s located on the gate and boundary wall, NO CAMERAS ARE INSIDE THE HOUSE. (no cameras in the bathrooms, sleeping areas, living room, or kitchen, which means you have complete privacy)

 

Check in & Out
•    Check in time is 4:00 pm 
•    Early check-in, anytime before 4 pm, is additional SAR 2,000. (Please note the cleaners will still be working to make sure the property is in pristine condition.)
•    Late check, anytime after 1 PM, is SAR 5,000.
•    Exceeding 3:00 pm check out will count as a new/ additional night
